In 1985, Sali Whitworth Barney joined C&M Marine and was with the organization when C&M Marine Aviation Services was launched in 1991. In 1999, Sali became a partner and in 2002, she became the sole owner of the company.

With Sali at the helm, C&M's reputation for producing high quality work in a remarkably short period of time grew steadily. C&M's loyal customer base knows they can depend on C&M to deliver outstanding products even in the shortest time required.

C&M Marine Aviation Service is a member of the Aeronautical Repair Station Association, National Business Aviation Association, Women in Aviation International and the Dallas Better Business Bureau. C&M operates its repair station at a facility at Dallas Love Field where its aircraft restraints are manufactured.
