Whether your aircraft is classified as General Aviation or Corporate, C&M manufactures and repairs a full range of passenger and crew aircraft restraint systems. No order is too small. We can help transform functional safety equipment into high-end interior accents. We will work closely with you or your interior design team on available customization options for your seat belts to match the interior of your aircraft and still meet TSO Standards. Customization options may include webbing color, hardware finish, or buckle engraving. With C&M’s extensive webbing color options, we are suited to find the best match for your aircraft’s interior.
Aircraft Seatbelt Manufacturing
C&M Marine Aviation Services, Inc. holds FAA-TSO manufacturing authorizations. From standard lap belts (TSO-C22f/TSO-C22g) to multi-point crew and cabin assemblies (TSO-C114), every restraint is manufactured with care and fully inspected before issuing a Certificate of Conformance. An FAA Form 8130-3 Authorized Release Certificate, Airworthiness Approval Tag for New Manufacture is also available upon request.
Seatbelt Repair & Re-Webbing
When a seat belt shows signs of wear or malfunction, re-webbing may be the most cost-effective solution. If safe to do so, webbing and damaged hardware may be replaced to restore the belt to its original strength and safety ratings. Every repaired belt is fully inspected and verified to meet FAA standards before it leaves our facility. Repaired restraints passing inspection receive an FAA Form 8130-3 Authorized Release Certificate, Airworthiness Approval Tag. Dual-Release certification is available upon request.
Plating and Engraving Services
C&M stocks standard-matte and standard-chrome finishes for most hardware. Our team only works with vendors who are FAA-approved and/or Manufacturer-approved Plating Companies to offer a variety of decorative finishing selections. Engraving can add the final touch to further personalize your aircraft décor. Please contact our Service Team for details.
Accessory Items
C&M also provides services for Accessory Items which do not carry a TSO. Please contact Customer Service for information regarding items such as cargo straps and nets, lifelines, tie-downs, and 1” webbing. We can also assist with replication or modification of your Non-TSO designs.
